At Building Bridges for the Mind, my approach is rooted in the belief that every individual possesses unique strengths and potential, regardless of the challenges they face. I utilize the Davis Method featuring the Davis Autism Approach and Davis Concepts for Life programs, the Compass Reflex Integration Program, and offer a Study Skills Bootcamp for a comprehensive and personalized strategy designed to address specific roadblocks for neurodivergent children and teens with weak or missing executive functioning skills, social & emotional development, learning challenges and developmental delays. Depending upon the need of the individual, we choose a program/s that will best support the growth and development for the whole family.

The goal of my services is to equip you to explore and navigate options for your child’s best learning setting. We can help in choosing curriculum, how to schedule your home school and setting up the physical space for school. We can also help with information for on Whole Brain learning, Brain Gym and how these things can benefit your child’s education. I have training in the TEACCH Autism program. I will be selling Math by the Month Calendar®, a hands on calendar that teaches simple math. I will also have a phonics program based on Recipe for Reading, available for sale.

Trent deals with much frustration but can show emotion through his drawings. We have been blessed to be able to share his story with the world in hopes of spreading awareness and hope to families with exceptional children. Drawings by Trent, LLC, is a business that features Trent’s art through a children’s book, coloring books, apparel and more! The business employs loved ones and helps to fund Trent’s future so that he is financially taken care of when his parents are no longer able to care for him.
