Melodie Reboira Mind Over Body, LLC BIO: Melodie Reboira is married to Jimmy Reboira and mother of two, Dominic and Angelo. In March of 2021 Melodie read the newly published book, “Underestimated, an Autism Miracle." At the time there were no trained S2C Practitioners in the Ohio area. After much searching Melodie found a practitioner out of state. The financial expense was exuberant, and she knew many families would not be able to afford the cost of S2C sessions along with the expense of travel. In October of 2021 the Reboira family started the nonprofit organization “Angelo’s Angels For Autism." In December of 2023 the nonprofit name was changed to “Angelo’s Angels For Communication” to reflect inclusivity for all communication needs. Rebecca Thompson, OTR/L Winston Salem State University - Occupational Therapy Dept Adjunct Faculty Mindy VanZuiden Tutorburg Mindy VanZuiden is a dedicated wife, mother, and the owner of Tutorburg, a specialized dyslexia center that offers the Tutorburg P.A.C.T. program, focusing on Professional Development, Advocacy, Educational Consultations, and Tutoring. She also serves as an adjunct professor at Grand View University, where she teaches and supervises students in the Dyslexia Specialist endorsement program. Additionally, Mindy is a part-time Dyslexia Specialist with the Mid-Prairie Homeschool Assistance Program. Mindy is president of the Decoding Dyslexia Iowa Board and the chair for the Iowa Reading Research Center’s Advisory Council. With over 20 years of experience in public education, she holds an undergraduate degree in K-12 Physical Education, a master’s degree in Educational Leadership, and certification as a Dyslexia Specialist from the University of Florida, as well as an Iowa Dyslexia Specialist teaching endorsement. Mindy’s personal journey with dyslexia began when her youngest son was diagnosed, leading her to discover that she and several family members likely also have dyslexia.
